Breakdown of the various services KSH has to offer
TRAINING
PACKAGE 1 - Yearling/Groundwork Training $450.00
Length: Monthly
Includes: Groundwork training. Four 1-hour lessons for owner. The best fit for babies/young horses not yet ready to ride, but who are ready for an introduction to all the basics to make starting under saddle easier.

PACKAGE 2 - 30-Day Tune-up $600.00
Length: Monthly
Includes: Groundwork and under saddle training and tune-ups. Four 1-hour lessons for owner. Great for the horse who was trained but has been sitting for years, the horse that needs a refresher each spring, or the horse and rider preparing for a specific event/show season.

PACKAGE 3 - Colt Starting $1000.00
Length: 60 days
Includes: Colt starting. Approximately 30 days of groundwork and 30 days of under saddle work. Desensitization to typical owner-horse activities (i.e. ground manners, picking feet, mounting, saddling, riding).
LESSONS
OPTION 1: Pay per lesson $30.00/hour, $20/half hour
Length: Unlimited lessons at 1 hour or 1/2 hour each; pay-as-you-go.
Includes: Individualized plan tailored to each horse/rider pair.

OPTION 2: Lesson package $150.00
Length: 1 hour
Includes: 6 lessons for the price of 5; prepaid.
Individualized plan tailored to each horse/rider pair.

*Individual lesson fees: $30.00/hour or $20/half hour
*Group lesson fees (3 or more riders): $25.00/rider
*Haul in your own horse or ride a KSH lesson horse.
*Standard travel charge: $10.00
BOARDING
PACKAGE 1: Pasture board $300.00
Length: Monthly
Includes: Pasture space with 24/7 access to water and forage (grass or hay).
24/7 turnout with shelter from inclement weather.
Daily concentrate feed as necessary.

PACKAGE 2: Stall board $500.00
Length: Monthly
Includes: Overnight stalling with up to 2 meals of forage and concentrate per day and water.
Daily turnout into pasture or paddock with shelter from inclement weather.
Guaranteed space in tack room.
*For an additional fee, KSH will:
Hold horse for farrier $5.00/appointment
Training rides $20.00/session

EQUINE CLINICS
Length: Maximum of 6 hours for $600
Includes: Up to 6 hours of lesson-type instruction.
Tailored to client's specific area of need.
Groundwork and/or riding instruction with focus on showmanship/horsemanship, correct body position on and off the ground, pattern-oriented with a focus on training and perfecting the common maneuvers.

YOGA 4 EQUESTRIANS
Length: Fourth Saturday of every month, 10 AM - noon.
Includes: Beginning yoga session led by Amy Miller Clark followed by yoga, breathwork, centering and grounding exercises with our horses from the ground and under saddle. Better connect with your horse using various communication techniques and skills in a low-stress, calm environment for greater success in every equestrian endeavor.
